Product photographs and application examples illustrate product areas and our approach to machining-condition analysis. Confirm models, dimensions, material suitability and cutting parameters against the actual workpiece, material hardness, machine, fixturing, cooling and stock allowance. Trial-cut data and reference parameters do not constitute a performance commitment for every machining condition.
Before using a tool, check its technical documentation, installation requirements, application conditions and safety limits. Follow the machine and tool operating requirements. Tool life, surface finish and cycle time under different conditions require actual trial-cut validation.
Comprehensive catalogue and revision
This website provides a Chinese IKEN Comprehensive Catalogue including CBN (87 pages) and the Shanghai IKEN Comprehensive Product Catalogue 2026 in English (51 PDF pages). These website editions were revised on 15 October 2026 to update promotional wording and contact details, remove cases with data issues and anonymize comparison-tool information. Confirm models and cutting parameters for your application. If a catalogue differs from current technical documentation for a specific product, contact IKEN before use.
